Sweet Chili Flakes

Capsicum annum is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows as a native species in South and Central America. This pepper Tropical South America, especially Brazil before Spain, then to England in 1548, then entered Central Europe and other European countries. It was introduced to the Central and North African countries by the Turks after the Balkan countries. Usually grows in hot and dry climates. It has a densely branched structure extending from 0.5 m to 1.5 m. According to the method of drying and spices can take different names. The degree of bitterness is moderate.
