1.BRIEFING
The production line is suitable for various boards coated with different lamination materials . The hot-melt adhesive (PUR)
automatically laminate the surface material on raw board, and the adhesion effect is achieved instantaneously. Its glue has high
adhesion, cold resistance, high temperature endurable, waterproof, environmental protection and so on. The production line has
higher automation function.two people can operate production.
2.. Scope of application:
1), substrate board: floor, cabinet board, honeycomb board, aluminum plastic board, hpl, MDF, PVC polymer board, wood plastic
board Etc..
2), surface material: aluminum film, high gloss PVC, PETG, acrylic, HPL, decorative paper and so on.
3) glue : EVA, PUR, onecomponent oily glue: white glue etc..

6.The control glue roller uses chrome plating roller, the maximum heating temperature can reach 200 centigrade
7.The glue spreading roller and controls glue roller with flanges at both ends, and the precision cutting block glue copper plate and it ensures that the glue does not leak when working.
