FALOODA DRINK              

Falooda, a common Indian dessert, is made by mixing rose syrup, noodles, Nata de coco, Basil seeds.

 

Basil seeds contain soluble fiber, which may promote gut health, blood sugar control, healthy cholesterol levels, and appetite control.

 

Nata de coco, also marketed as coconut gel, is a chewy, translucent, jelly-like food produced by the fermentation of coconut water which gels through the production of microbial cellulose
