Outer skin : Japanese-mochi skin, thin and smooth texture

Skin colour: Natural yellowish-orange (made of mango sauce)

Taste: Chewy and soft

Shape: Circle or can shaped in different mould (if order customization)

Mochi filling: Infused with premium mango sauce 

Storage instruction: Keep refigerated at -18 °C 

Shelf life: 12 months, once open can only stay fresh 4 days

 We can pack into 6 pcs per packet. (on request)

 1 pc of mochi : 25g

 Every batch of stock:

1) randomly choosen for brix,taste and texture test

2) send for lab test & analysis (TPC, E.Coli, Samonella, etc)

3) measure weight and check whether in good round shape

4) use certified UV LEDs in the production line to deactivate pathogenic bacteria
