BSY 4ft 8ft Glue spreader roller machine for plywood plant
The glue spreader is used to spray the adhesive on the veneer surface averagely.
The glue spreader rollers' layout is zigzag which can save glue,and the larger roller ensure good perfromance and to make high quality plywood.
And we could design a complete gluing line according to plant size.
Two types:
OLD type-Parallel rollers,with glue tray underneath;
NEW type-Cross rollers "Z" type,save glue.

The glue spreader is used to spray the adhesive on the veneer surface averagely.
1.Glue saving: roller all under professional precision treatment and balance revised . And it will make the spray more even.
2.Convenience: the special adjusting mechanism of rubber and doctor roller with pneumatic cylinder . When matching frequency controller glue density cam be adjusted and speed-changed efficiently under different operation demands.
3. Safety: due to up&down roller were allocated pneumatic cylinder. So it can leap vacant to reduced the damage to glue spray roller.
