SSR Vietnam supplies large quantity high quality film faced plywood from Vietnam with the following specifications:
Core: Rubber, Acacia, Eucalyptus, Birch, etc.
Face: film 2 faces with Black film/ Brown 120 or 130 g/m2
Glue: CBR(Cyclic Boil Resistance) or WBP(Weather & Boil Proof)
Available sizes:
+ Thickness: 12, 15, 17, 18, 21 mm or Customizable
+ Width & length: 1220 x 2440 mm, 1250 x 2500 mm, or Customizable
Density: ≥ 600kg/m3
Moisture content: ≤ 12%
Number of layers: 9/10/11/13
Re-use: 8-30 times
Formaldehyde emission: E1, E2, P2
Standard conformity:\tEN 13986:2004

Application
Film faced plywood is used as a formwork in industrial construction. With out-standing characteristics such as flat concrete surface, light density, water proof, high compressive strength and re-use for many times; these plywood sheets will become a main building material as its value and economy efficiency.
