This hojicha can produce a beautiful brown color and aromatic taste of hojicha sweets such as hojicha latte, ice cream, chocolates and hojicha baked cakes, mixed with the hojicha. It is also widely used in Japanese cuisine including soba and tempura, as well as pasta and omelets etc.
In addition, these are processed on site, using our own milling machine. This helps us to produce a finer hojicha powder that makes a better product.
Hojicha Latte is getting popular in Japan in this year. Hojicha Latte will be new taste in your country.

We also have some products produced in factories that have FSSC22000 certification which demonstrate our company has a robust food safety management system in place. Besides we can offer products with Organic JAS, USDA Organic, and Halal certification.
To keep its quality, low temperature storage is the ideal preservation method of storage for long periods of time in order for tea leaves to be stored without deterioration. Our tea leaves are stored in -60℃ frozen storage to provide the optimum taste and flavor of the leaves throughout the year.
