Application

This centrifugal pump is kind of highly-efficient and economic centrifugal pump. It is widely used for conveying various liquid materials in pharmaceutical, biological engineering, food, beverage, fine chemical industries.

It can be used to convey ordinary solution of low and medium viscosity, and solutions containing suspension or corrosive solutions. (CKH centrifugal pump is suits for the solid supension, such as 10mm grai for 1.5~2.2kw, 12mm for 3~4kw, 15mm for 5.5~7.5kw)

 

It is single stage, single suctiom and open type impeller. The pump shell and impeller are elaborately designed to reduce the resistance and thoroughly eliminate the dead corner.  As for its unique structure, the flow speed of liquid in the pump is enhanced, so that with excellent sanitary performance, so it is easy to be cleaned. It can meets the requirements for sanittion and soft treatment to products and has the chemical corrosion resistancew.

 

Standard design

The CKH sanitary centrifugal pump is composed of motor, pump shaft, mechanical clamping jacket, sanitary mechancial seal, connection support, rear plate cover, impeller, pump shell, etc.  It has large internal round chamfer and cleaning type seal. It specially desigined for CIP. It has the stainless steel protection cover used for protecting the motor, and the equipment is supported by four adjustale feet.

 

Shaft seal

This pump is provided with a set of externally mounted single mechanical seal or water injection mechanical seal (double mechanical seal). The static ring of the mechanical seal is made of stainless steel seal, silcone carbide or tungsten alloy. The dynamic ring is made of stainless seal, carbon, graphite or tungsten alloy. The seal ring of the water injection type seal (double mechanical seal is durable lip seal. The searies of pump products can also be equipped with the double end mechancial seal.

Outside is shot blasting in satin finish

2. Excellent electric performance, low noise, low vibration, protection grade of high permance IP54, IP55. special IP56 can optional, please contact with us.

The parts of valves: an actuator, diaphragm and body which assemble together with bolts and nuts. The entire valve assembly in meticulously. The actuator is manual, the diaphragm made of artificial rubber which can have all kinds of soft and hard degree.

Installation instructions

Installation Method and Place:

It is very necessary to check the following before installation:

The drive is in good condition.

Whether the on-site power supply is the same as the rated power on the motor nameplate.

Whether it meets the environmental conditions (avoid flammable and explosive environment or acid corrosion environment).

 

Installation Location:

The installation foundation of the pump should generally be level and sufficient-strengthened ground. Install it as far as possible on the lowest position of the equipment, that is, at the position with the maximum head height.

 

Piping Installation:

The diameter of pump, pipe and the inlet and outlet of the pump should be the same, and the diameter of the inlet pipe should not be too small. When the diameter of the pipe is smaller than the diameter of the pump, adjust it with an eccentric reducer to shorten the diameter of the pipe so as to avoid formation of a gas leak. The outlet pipe diameter must not be too large either. When the outlet pipe diameter is larger than the pump outlet, try to extend it. Distance from the pump outlet to avoid overloading the pump motor.
