Packaging & Delivery
Factory produce, clean packaging, caution loading of goods into the transportation vessel, save transportation of goods to the shipping site. Transportation of the processed products is conducted in refrigerated containers.
Loading is made in refrigerated pallets, containing in each pallet 1MT/1000kg. Our method of packaging, Protects the product from contamination, damage and moisture loss and spoilage by micro-organisms.

Q1. Do you ship worldwide?
Ans: Yes, we do wholesale shipping and exports to most countries. Contact Us for more information about your country.
Q2. How Long does shipping take?
Ans: Average shipping takes 21 days depending on your port of delivery. We do offer an exact delivery time after your order has been shipped.
Q3. What shipping company do you use?
Ans: We use multiple shipping companies but mainly MAERSK, MSC or CGA CGM. Depending on shipping schedules, we could use other shipping companies.
Q4. What are the shipping conditions?
Ans: Our products are shipped in temperature controlled refrigerator containers (reefer containers). They are shipped in 18°C temperatures. This ensures the freshness and quality upon arrival.
Q5. How do you handle shipping delays?
Ans: We do ship timely, unless otherwise. In the event of a major delay (more than 21 days) a mutual compensation shall be agreed upon with the buyer.
Q6. Do you provide packing pictures?
Ans: Yes, we do provide packing pictures, barcodes and assistance with the shipping procedure.

Q8. How is insurance handled for the shipment?
Ans: We provide insurance coverage for every shipment. The insurance shall not be more than 110% of the total value of the order.

Ans: We do accept T/T (Telegraphic Bank Transfers), Cash & Escrow payments.
Q10. Do you have any MOQ?
