Coconut is rich in medium-chain fatty acids which cannot be stored in the body. Instead they get broken down and are used for energy production. Coconut bite are made from mature coconut. It is consume as a healthy snack with all the benefits of coconut oil and it is abundant with protein and fiber. It can be used as an ice cream topping, added to cereal or serve with milk, add to salad.
