Why we use XpandX?

DEKO cycling short/bib short are tight fitting, anatomical three dimentional design is made of XpandX fabric. XpandX supports the muscular system.Its shock absorbing properties improve the efficiency of muscular activity during ride. XpandX offers superb elasticity, the fabric stays in shape, is extremely durable and as a result remains highly functional for longer. XpandX fabric is the composition of 80% Polyamide and 20% Elastane and its salient features are:

2-      This fabric is excellent UV protection.

3-      This fabric is Perfect fit.

4-      This fabric is Ultrachlorine resistant.

5-      This fabric has two-way stretch.

 

Our Seat Pads

DEKO MAN BICOLOR Multiactivity pad, with a double layer structure of different densities. The pad is built with a comfort zone of low weight capacity on the perimeter area and with a high density and weight capacity area on the supporting seat zone. The 2 layers structure allows the creation of a double

colour pad perfectly maintaining every technical feature.

 

Our shorts/bib shorts are 3 Dimensional Cut

It is perfect combination of human engineering and cycling sports. The buttock and neck use the forward design, the back use 17^o slightly curvedesign, the leg use the caster design, the elbowneck use the curve tailoring craft. The pit of stomach use the laser cut. The whole use the three dimensional structure, to give the mostcomfortable body movement, it can ensure movement with the best comfort.

 

We recommend for our garments

1-      The water temperature should not higher than 40 degrees.

2-      Do no bleach, to ordinary washing powder ( does not

        recommend using powerful washing powder), don’t need

        to add fabric softner.

3-      Do not iron.

4-      Do not dry clean, do not scrub with the brush, washed by

        hand as far as possible, if you wan tot machine wash should

        avoid the spikes of washing clothes.

 

 

 

 

HOW TO ORDER

1-Contact our salesman to get a quotation;
2 -Send us your design and detailed instruction(quantity,color,design,logos),Or send us your design idea together with color and logos
3 -Designer put together information from you,send back Purchase Order for approval
4 -After confirm order and leading time, we'll start production procedure once receive the deposit.

5 -If require sample, please add 7 more days to the leading time. 
6 -In house printing,cutting,sewing,ironing,quality checking.
7 -Quality checking,we'll send bulk order photo for approval before packing, or you can send QC agent to factory.
8 -Order release for shipping after receive all the payment.

9- Any issue,please address us within two weeks after receive the goods.We'll invest and consult with you for solution.Ifit is ARNIS responsibility,we'll replace them for a discount or free within 7~10 days.
