Centrifugal spray dryer is the most widely used process in liquid shaping technology. It is suitable for producing powder and granules solid products from solution, emulsion, soliquoid, and pumpable paste materials. So when the particle size, final moisture, bulk density and granules shape meet the accurate standard, centrifugal spray drying is a ideal drying process.

The contact form of droplets and hot air:    parallel flow

Heat source and heating way: Natural gas

Inlet air temperature: approx. 220℃

Outlet air temperature: approx. 90℃

Product receiving way: Tower bottom + one grade cyclone + water-film dedusting

System material requirement: All parts contact with material are made of SUS304

Heating system: steam heating + electricity compensation

Fine powder receiving system: Main tower + one grade cyclone separator + water-scrubber dedusting

Medium recycling system: forced and induced draft fan open circulation

Air filtering system: primary and secondary efficiency + HEPA filter

Feeding system: adjustable screw pump

Controlling system: digital-display instrument to display temperature, pressure, differential pressure, touch screen display animated working process, all parameters are set together. PLC fuzzy technology were used to track and control variable parameters.
