(1) Spandex unshielded filament is used for warp knitted fabric, as the material of corset and

bathrobe, the fiber component accounts for 10-40% of the total weight

(2) Spandex covering yarn, core spun yarn, twisted yarn and unshielded filament are used for

circular weft knitted fabric. As the material of bathrobe, underwear waistband, stockings and

full elastic underwear, spandex component accounts for 2-20% of the total weight

(3) Spandex covering yarn, core spun yarn and twist yarn are used for woven fabrics. As

materials for sportswear and ski pants, spandex accounts for 3-10% of the total weight

(4) As the material of all kinds of belts, the components of spandex in the total weight are 3-10%

Properties and application of spandex filament

A certain tension must be controlled in the process of wrapping. It is recommended to control

the draft ratio of melt spun spandex between 2.8-3.6. In this range, the plasticity of spandex is

smaller, the tension is appropriate, the wrapping is more convenient and the elasticity is

uniform; when the draft ratio is less than 2.8,When the draft ratio is greater than 3.6, the plastic

deformation of spandex yarn is large, and the broken ends will increase. The elastic recovery

rate of the coated yarn will decrease a little; 3.8 draft can be used by users. Generally not

recommended.Mainly used in woolen sweater, socks and gloves.

 the dry heat resistance of melt spun spandex yarn reaches 130 ℃ for 15 minutes, and the

user's normal use temperature should be 120 ℃. Do not use for fabrics with dyeing set

temperature higher than 130 ℃.
