Q: Can I order selected color for example plain color only
A: Yes sure, only you may wait bit longer because color selection takes time to do
Q: What is the minimum order
A: We have no minimum order, we can accept any quantity of the order. The bigger the order, the cheaper the transport cost.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge and we will sent it through DHL. Free delivery only applicable for full
container order.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: We have 2 method of payment for the transaction
1.Payment by telegraphic transfer to our bank account: 30% down payment, balance against copy Bill of Lading. Transfer of payment
can also through PayPal, Western Union and Alipay.
2. Letter of Credit (L/C) Irrevocable at Sight
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 25 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: What is the method of delivery that you can provide?
A: Delivery can be through airfreight or sea freight. For small order under 200 SQM we suggest to use LCL (Less than Container Loaded) which can be use airfreight or sea freight. For order more than 200 SQM we recommend to use 20 feet container by sea freight.
Stone is heavy product so that we are not recommend you to use airfreight as the cost of airfreight very expensive unless you need the stone urgently. Sea freight always the best choice for sending the stone product.
Q. Can you arrange delivery the package to our address?
Yes we can, we will quote you CIF (Cost and Freight) which means the cost of goods already include shipping to your country port then our shipping agent will help you arranging door delivery.
Q: What about the taxes and import duties in my country ?
A: These vary from country to country, we suggest you contact your local customs broker / agent for a quote and recommend you shop around ( in our experience prices differ greatly from broker to broker ) Generally goods from Indonesia incur very little or no import duties especially to Europe, USA and Australia.
