Q2: Can you do the designs for us?
Yes. We have a professional team with full experience in packaging box design and manufacturing.We can manufacture the products as per your requirements.
Q3:Is the sample fre?
Yes. New customers need. to pay the delivery expense and the delivery account number in UPS/TNT/FedEx/DHL etc. of yours is needed.
Q4: How long can I expect to get the sample?It will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.The samples will be sent to you by express.
You can use your own express account or paypal ,if you do not have an account.
Q5: What about the lead time for mass production?
Frankly speaking, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
Generally, we suggest that you start inquiry 50 days before the date you would like to get the products at yourcountry.
Q6: How to place an order and get the products?
1 Inquiry- -The more information you provide, the more suitable product we can provide for you!Please provide the specification as detailed as possible and kindly inform us the quantity.
2. Quotation -Oficial quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed information for the product on it.
3. Printing fle- PDF or Ai Format. The picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
4. Mould making -Mould will be fnished in 1-2 months after the payment of mould fee. Mould fee need tobe paid in full amount.
5. Sample confrmation- -Sample will be sent out in 3 days after the mould is ready.
6. Payment terms -T/T 30% in advanced, balanced against copy of Bill of Lading.
7 Production -Mass production, shipping marks are needed after production.
8. Shipping -By sea, air or courier.
9 Can we make customized products that the market has never seen?
Yes, we have development department, and could make personalized products according to your design draftor sample. If new mould is needed, then we could make new mould to produce the products you want.
