Q5. How to place a order for the product? A: 1. Let us know your requirement of the product;
A: 2. We will send a quotations to customer;
A: 3. After the price and the details are confirmed, we will send a contract to the customer ;
A: 4. After receiving payment or deposit, we will start productions.
Q6.How long is the production time? A: Normally, if there is a ready-made light board in the factory, we can finish the production of the sample within 4-6 days. If no, it may needs 8-10 days. The production time of the bulk order is depends on your quantity and many other factors, so we will get it after confirmed all the details with you.
Q7.What should i do if the product has a problem?
A: We have 2 years warranty for all product by default. If there are problems of the lamps, please send the video and the photo of the problem. Our professional engineer will find the reason of the problems, and guide the customers to solve the problems. If the problem can not be solved, we will send a new lamps or new parts to you.
