Attention to know


Teison's portable ev chargers are splash, water and dust resistant and have been tested under strictly controlled laboratory conditions to achieve an IP65 rating in accordance with IEC standard 62196. However, the resistance to splashes, water and dust is not permanent and may weaken over time under normal use. Damage caused by liquids is not covered by the warranty.
To prevent damage to your charger from liquids, please avoid the following situations :
1. Exposing the charger to pressurised water or high velocity water flow.
2. Intentionally submerging the charger in water.
3.Operating the charger beyond the recommended temperature range or in extremely humid environments
4. Dropping the charger or subjecting it to other shocks.
5. Disassemble the charger, including removing the screws.
If the charger comes into contact with liquid, turn off all power until it is completely dry.
Placing the unit in front of a fan so that cold air is blowing directly on the charging connector may help to speed up the drying process.
Do not use an external heat source to dry the charger, or insert foreign objects such as cotton swabs or paper towels into the charging port.

What is your terms of payment?


We recommend different terms of payment based on difference in order amount.


 


Orders less than 1000 USD, generally choose the PayPal. it only can be accepted when the goods sent by express and doesn’t require export declaration in China.


 


Orders more than 1000 USD, generally choose telegraphic transfer.If the order value is less than USD5000, the payment terms should be “100% TT in advance”. If the order value is higher than USD5000, the payment terms should be “50% TT in advance, balance before shipment.”


 


Orders more than 100,000USD , we can accept the payment terms as L/C. Please contact our salesman for details about L/C payment terms.

what about the delivery?


We can deliver by express,by Air cargo and by sea . 


 


By express: Most convenient and a fast way by door to door service. We have signed discount contract with most express companies to help you reduce freight cost. It is usually chosen when taking sample orders less than 50kg.


 


By Air Cargo: Costs much less time than sea shipment.But the cost of air cargo is comparatively higher. if you need the products urgently. we shall deliver by air cargo.


 


By Sea: This is the most economical way of delivery. Suit for big quantity order, the delivery cost dramatically low and assist you in achieving maximum profit. We normally export goods from Shanghai port.






Can we require you to print our trademark into your products? Do the color of plug and cable can be customized made according to our requirements?


We accept OEM production with MOQ 100 pcs  protable charger or 200 pcs plug or 500M cable.
