We thrive to provide the best quality product as the product has to go through very strict different levels of quality checks before even moving to the packaging team.

Once products are ready to be shipped, our dedicated packaging team will pack your product with care and store it in appropriate places so that it can be packed up by the courier company.

Before we ship your goods, we have the same inspection team will randomly pick a packaged box/s (depending on your order) to ensure packaging and product meets our high standard before we ship to you.

For the shipment, FNY is collaborated with courier service companies like: FedEx, Skynet, Dpex, TNT and UPS.
The Company offer Air Cargo, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services and Sea Cargo.
Customs
Felt & Yarn has a shipping agent who will clear the merchandise from customs on behalf of the customers.
Due to the nature of products, packages are cleared right away without any issues.
Felt & Yarn is Registered Exporter (REX) Company so importers from Europe are not needed to pay custom clearance charges.

A: Yes, mix order is acceptable. Ready-to-ship items are available in stock, and we mean to keep the highest flexibility for our clients.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: 5 pcs for stock items.
Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM are acceptable with certain MOQ depending on the chosen item.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
Ready-to-ship items < 7 days;
OEM and ODM items will take about 15-25 days.
Q: How about the payment?
A: It is basically 30% in advance; and the remaining balance against B/L. We accept L/C, T/T, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and Paypal.

2. The size of our product may vary with +/- 10% of the size as our products are purely handmade. Kindly excuse us for no zero error.
3. We accept L/C, T/T, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and Paypal. The branches of our banks are located only in Nepal. Kindly do not transfer any sum elsewhere than in Nepal to prevent fraudulent monetary transactions. If you find anything suspicious, kindly let us know about the status. We would require 25-30% of the payment after you are satisfied with the sample so that we can process the requested production.
