When in negotiation, we offer free design consulting, 3D mould and technical support. And we can offer free sample(small sample) and color sample for you to check quality before place order.

After you received the cargo, we can also provide online installation guide or onsite installation guide.

1. How long can I get a quote?
The quotation can be provided no longer than 24 hours on condition that we know all detailed requirements.

2. Can you offer sample?

Yes, we can offer free sample and color sample, customer should pay the shipping cost.

3. How long can you prepare sample.

Normally, sample will be prepared in 3-5 days.

4. Do you have stock in your warehouse?

   For the panel, we don’t have stock in the warehouse. We arrange production according to you order. Accessories have stock in the warehouse.

5. What’s your production capacity and delivery time?

   We have nearly 200 full time staff in the workshop, and we can finish about 5000sqm per week.

   Usually, production leading time is 7-10 days. Large quantity and complicated design will take more time.
