3. Q: How can I get the samples?
A: If you need some samples to test, we can supply the samples with our size for free. If you need the samples with your own size or your logo, we can make the samples for you, but you need to pay for the samples making fee. Of course the transportation freight should on your account.

4. Q: Can I get a price list ?

A: We do not provide a list to our customers. All items are quoted individually. As we know,the price can be effected by several factors, such as material thickness,product shape,size,order quantity,etc. Also,the material prices can change constantly. Please tell us your requirements and we shall find the best solution for you.

5: Q: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
A: Sample leadtime: usually need 7days. Mass production leadtime usually need 20 days
If you are the urgent order,we can delivery about 10 days.

6.Q: If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?
A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
