Operate Instructions

1. gets A, B two components by weight 100: 2 mixing evenly (using electronic scales more accurate)

2. and then stir the silica gel will be placed in a vacuum machine, the vacuum exhaust bubble in the silicone (the container does not need to be filled full silicone, in order to avoid silicone spill container when the vacuum exhaust bubbles, when no bubbles on silicone surface that shows complete bubble removal completed)

3. casting or injection the completion exhausted bubble silicone into the mold (before pouring, first coat detergent or mold release agent in the mold that is better stripping.)

4. after the completion of the above steps, the silicone can cured about 4-10 hours at room temperature , don’t heated, kindly note this.
