Lipengda: we are manufacturer with our own factory.

Q2: What is the payment term?
Lipengda: 30% deposit and balance before shipping by T/T, or L/C at sight, or cash in USD or RMB.

Q3: Can I make a sample order for checking?
Lipengda: Yes, Sample order is welcomed for testing and checking the quality, and the air-freight charge will be paid by customer, for customized model need to check with our sales.

Q4: What about the lead time?
Lipengda:Sample needs 1~3 days, mass production time needs about 4~7 days.

Q5: Do you have any MOQ limit for any order?
Lipengda: For most of our products, MOQ is 1000pcs, and we can provide samples as long as you are willing to afford the delivery charge. 

Q6: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Lipengda: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on the products?
Lipengda: Yes. OEM or ODM is available. Emboss logo is most popular. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Lipengda: Yes, we offer 6 months warranty to our products.

Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
Lipengda: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new item with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
