Our Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) Powder has been exported to many countries such as Japan, Korea, India, Bangladesh, UAE, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Philippines… Our products are available in various particle sizes and can be used for different industries:

The company’s CACO3 products are made by fully automatic production lines under the most current modern technology with a closed ball-mill grinding system and an advanced classifier which can easily modify the particle size of products. The control system is fully computerised by dedicated software makes particle size stable.
The material source is pure white stone directly exploited from our company’s quarry. Limestone is carefully selected right inside the quarry during initial exploitation process and is brought to plant’s ground. After that, it will be cleaned by vibrating sieve system and automatic washing system before sending to jaw crusher for grinding. The quality control staffs (KCS) are fully educated, well trained with high level and strong experience is working in the professional environment with fully modern equipment.

Nhat Thang VNT7 JSC, was established in 2006, which is leading company in manufacturing and exporting Coated/ Uncoated Calcium Carbonate powder (CaCO3) in Vietnam. The factory is setup in Nam Cam Industrial Zone, Nghi Loc District, Nghe An Province with total area is 11.14 hectares which includes steady workshop system, modern equipments with offices and accommodation fully facilitated towards comfort of staff and personnels.
Equipment & technology
Nhat Thang VNT7 JSC has Ultra fine CACO3 grindin glines, 02 Acid Stearic coating lines made by Hosokawa, Germany, 01 production line includes coated and uncoated Acid Stearic line made by Spain, 04 production lines with European technology includes Coated and Uncoated Acid stearic lines. Total capacity is 130,000 tons/year.

Packing and Delivery
After being checked carefully for quality standard, products will be passed to the automatic packing system. This is the final step of production before they are being stored and wait for distribution. Products will be packed in 25/50/500kgs per PP/PE bag or customer's requirements.
