A1. Yes,we are factory.We have our own molds factory, assembly factory, especially for legal and qualified environmental
electroplating factory. We accept OEM or ODM order.We also offer free service of customer's logo printing.

A2. Of course not, firstly all of Gravity Jewelry were plated by pure gold, so that the colour fixation is more beautiful and
stable. Secondly, we adopt E-coating technology, which is a process on jewelry to protect the plating will not fade easily.
Q3. Will I be allergic when I wear your jewelry?
A3. Absolutely not,because we adopt Environmental plating and anti-allergic treatment. Meanwhile Gravity Jewelry are free of
nickel, lead and some other heavy metal. Therefore Gravity Jewelry are always focus on your health and help you to avoid trouble
of allergy when you wear Gravity Jewelry.
Q4. Can I mix color?
A4. Yes, Mix color is available.

A5. Yes,We can offer you one or two free sample for quick quality check. However you need to pay for the shipping fee. When you
place order to us, we will cut off the sample shipping fee at the total cost.
Q6. How long does a sample order takes? How about bulk order?
A6. For Samples, normally take 1-3 working days, if in stock. Take 5-7 working days if out of stock.
