3) Does the earphone come in a box each? Would the box aslo include my own logo?
Re: Yes, the package can be customized, and accept logo on it based on our MOQ.
4) What would the payment terms be?
Re: We can accept TT, Western Union, etc.
5) What would the delivery time be?
Re: 7-25 days after order and production sample be confirmed, Sample time 3-5 days.
6) In an unlikely event that there is a faulty earphone from my order, what should I do?
Re: You could correct your design before mass production samples confirmed, but pls do not charge anything during production, or will charge extra cost from your special demands. Thanks.
