What's HOT STAMPING FOIL?
- Thickness: 12microns (normal one)/ 15microns.
- Standard roll 640mm(W)* 120M(L) Core of roll:1inch(27mm)
- Roll dimensions of our hot stamping foil are classified based on the width:640mm,1280mm special size 700mm,750mm.Roll length in accordance with the requirements of customers.
- Color: Metallic gold, silver, red. green, blue, black / Matt ones/ Pearl color/Holographic/Transparent
- Temperature of stamping :100°C-130°C
- Embossing speed: >=60m/min (up to the stamping machine)
- Structure: It consists of a Polyester film(PET),metallized layer, release layer, colored layer and adhesive layer. (Transparent holographic foil, have no metallized layer and colored layer.)
- Design, size of embossing elements: Standard embossing suitable for stamping elements of medium size, or characters or lines.
- Storage: Pressure proof, water-resistant, heat-resistant, should be protected from heat, moisture, rain, water, it should be stored in a cooled and ventilated place, the shelf life of no more than 2 years.
- Application: HOT STAMPING FOIL is popular used for stamping on different kinds of paper,cardboard,PP,PVC,PET,leather, textile,etc...
Warming:
- The appropriate stamping foil should be selected in accordance with the different series of foil. Great attention should be paid to the temperature, pressure and speed of the embossing process which may vary due to different materials and embossed areas.
- Electrified aluminum foil stamping has a layer of vacuum aluminum coating, which is very sensitive to acids, alkalis and moisture, Thus, paper, inks(particularly black), dry paint and synthetic glue used by customers must be neutral. Finished printed products must be dry enough not to be subjected to oxidation or damage to the embossed layer.

7. Setting of heat transfer temperature and pressure A:Hot stamping temperature range is normally considered as 160 to 200Celsius degrees, once the best temperature is set, it should be kept constantly, the temperature difference is kept within + 2℃. Hot stamping pressure is generally 6 - 4 kg/cm2.
8. Storage method of our hot stamping foil
1). To handle gently, to put straight, upright, not horizontally during transport of our products.
2). Protect from pressure, dampness, heating, and sunshine, storage temperature is 0-25℃.
3). Do regular testing for color and adhesion before use, if any problem found, stop use and to inform the manufacturer for handling negotiation.
4). Storage period: recommended storage cycle not more than 12 months.
