This machine can be operated with 2 modes: panel contrl mode, and 2nd hand wheel control mode.

Rotate the 2nd smaller hand wheel (which controls the servo motor in the machine) at the left side of the instrument feed or retraction. It imitates a fully manual operating machine. This function meets the requirements of skillful operators, and improving the work efficiency greatly.

The operators can also press the button on the panel to enable the movement of specimen fedd or retraction, like a standard semi-automatic instrument does.

The operators can work alternatively with the two control modes.

Feature:

The blade holder in the instrument is applied non-stick coating and treatment, which enables the specimen to be stick-free and thus achives smoothing sectioning and easy cleaning

The smooth-running safety hand-wheel has an ergonomically shaped handle.

A hand-wheel locking device for one-thumb operation locks the specimen head in the uppermost position, which is ideal for chaning the specimen and/or blade; A second lockin mechanism on the microtome base allows locking the object head in any position.

 

5)The humanized design of the foldable handle in the back of the machine.

Unfold the handle to move the mahcine conveniently. Fold the handle after the machine is placed properly.

 

6)Convenient contrl panel

The user can press the button to set sectioning parameters, such as trimming thickness, sectiong thickness, number of sectioning, distance to the blade, retraction symbol and locking symbol

 

7)Graudation of the blade holder base

There is graduation on the right side of the microtome blade holder base, helping to adjust the blade to an appropriate angle.

9) Auto hibernation

The screen will be put to sleep in 15 minutes after the machine stops working. Press any button to wake it up.

 

10) Long specimen stroke

The instrument provides a specimen stoke as long as 70mm, enabling larger specimen sectioning and longer distance from the blade and thus achieving improved safety while changing specimen

 

11)Specimen retraction

It provides specimen retraction function, which can be switched on/off by long pressing the MODE button on the panel. Once it is on, two arrow symbols are displayed. The symbols disappers on the screen when the mode is off.
