Test machines / inspection
CCD optical machines
There are 30 sets of CCD optical machines for screw / nuts sizes and elements checking.Before checking, the related datas will be put into the computers, and then the machines will check the screws automatically. The products will be checked by our test machines before delivery.
Packing&Shipping
Micro screws or nuts will be auotimatically packed by CCD optical machines.Other products will be packed by QC with PE bags and doulbe corrugated boxes. For large quantity, pallet will be used for loading.
