1.Q: If we want to order OEM, are there any restrictions on order quantity(MOQ)? A:The MOQ largely depends on the type of product you choose. Regardless of the product type, we always offer competitive prices and good quality products to best match your business needs.
2.Q: What certificate can you provide? A: We can provide ISO, GMPC certificates. Other certificates about products, we can apply it for you if needed, but it may incur some charges.
3.Q: Can we have our Logo or company name to be printed on the products or packages? A: Yes. If you have already registered your own brand,you can send us the stickers or provide your design so we can print it on the packages.(There is MOQ for each package).
4.Q: What is the delivery time ? A: Normally 15~30 days after order confirmed, detail delivery date should be decided according to production season and order quantity.
5.Q: What‘s shipping ways do you use for? A: We ship by express. Such as FedEx, DHL, TNT etc.(by air or by sea)
