1.Are you a manufacture or trading company?

We were a manufacture since year 2007 , and we have got permit of import and export and has three production buildings .

   Where is your factory and office located? How can I visit it? 
   Our own factory and office is located in Jinan,ShanDong, China . Our city has the airport , you can transfer flight from beijing .

  2.What’s your samples lead time ? How can you charge the sample fee ?

  If the samples quantiy is not so many , our sample lead time will be 5-7 work days . the common samples will be free . but if you ask some special samples need our factory purchase some expensive material , then we will ask the sample fee     for you .but all the samples customer should pay the express fee .  

  3.Could I use my own LOGO or design on goods?
 Yes, customized LOGO and design on mass production are available.

  4.How to confirm the quality with us before starting to produce?

  1) We can provide samples and you can choose one or more, and then we make the quality according to that.
  2) Send us your samples, and we will make it according to your quality.

  5.What’s your production time ?

  Our production lead time is 30-40 days

  6.What's your payment term?

  We can accept VISA MASTER CARD E-checking TT and L/C Payment term , please confirm everything clearly when you make      the payment .
