Non-combustion and heat-insulating

Perlite is an excellent fireproof material. The thermal conductivity of 50mm thick perlite core panel for fireproof door is only 0.064, which is far superior to other types of fire door core panels.

Light and strong

Low-density, high strength and high impact resistance due to double-layer wire mesh reinforced.

Sound-insulating and absorbing

Pure inorganic panel, the internal expanded structure ensures high sound insulation and sound absorption which can be hardly achieved by other door core panel.

Can be sawed, planed, and engraved. No pollution during production, processing and construction installation, low labor intensity, no harm to operators

Manufacturing process

Expanded perlites are acidic volcano glassy lava, by smashing and sieving to a certain size, and then by preheating and sintering at 1300℃, turning into white or light colored particles, mixed with the inorganic glue, by press molding and drying, they are made into multi-application boards.
