Q1: Are you a factory or trading company? A: We are a factory, welcome you pay a visit our factory at any time.

Q3: How does your factory protect the bulbs during the transportation? A: 1. Use thick master carton and put Fragile and Handle with Care marks on the Carton. 2. Use inner carton+master carton sometime. 3. Use woven bag if needed. 4. Use Packing Strap. 5. Use Pallet if needed. 6. Tell the transport company the goods are bulbs, take care of that.
Cautions:
1. The circuit should be replaced in time when it's used long time , or that the bulb stops working.
2. The body of bulb can't get the oil contamination ,or that the lamp will get damaged.
3. Be aware of the high pressure gas inside of the bulb while using.
4. Do not touch the bulb when it's lit in case of getting hurt because of the high temperature.
5. Do not press and throw because of the fragile glass cover.
