For existing sample, we can send it to you for free; but for customized sample, sample fee depend on design and logo.

Q10: What the is lead time?

The delivery date is usually 35 days after sample/order is confirmed and deposit received. We are also willing to to meet customers' need if possible.

Q11: What is the payment term?

30% T/T deposit and 70% balance against BL. Base on our cooperation, we also do other payment way. If you have any specially request, you can talk with us.

Q12:What does your factory production capacity?

10000pcs per month.But this according to the different products,we do best for your require.

Q13:What information should I offer if I want a quotation?

-Sample picture for us to view the design.

-The size of the products (L*W*H)

-The material and surface handling.

-The printing color.

-The quantity.

Q14:How to inspect the finished products?

-We inspect the finished product each by each before packaging them into outer carton.

Q15::How does your quality control?

We have a professional QC Team to check the quality before the shipment.All products inflate test for 24 hours.

Q16:If we want to develop some new item, but maybe we just have some idea, how can you do?

We can make new mold base on your idea, generally, if your quantity is more enough, we can refund the mold cost to you.

Q17: I never come to China before, can you be my guide in China?

We can arrange our driver to pick you up from airport to our company, and to book the hotel for you.Of course, if you wantto visit the marker or factory, we can arrange our colleague to be your assistant.

Q18:When can I get the quotation? 

We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation, please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regart your inquiry priority.

Q20:Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?

Surely you can order a sample first. And there will be some sample cost, charged based on your design & artwork. We will make the sample hats for you after payment received and take pictures for your reference once finished. If you want to see the actual sample cap, we can send the sample to you while freight cost is yours.
