These feather butterflies are made by hands, they won’t be 100% perfect, and the physical products and photos can’t be exactly the same due to the camera and light, we wont give the refund if you feel that those butterflies are not the same as you imagine, and we wont refund it if you feel that those butterflies are not 100% perfect, but if there are some problems on the quality, we will help deal with it.
