8inch 20T Homogenize Furnace Oven for Aluminum Billet Log:

 

Homogenize furnace oven is used for casting billet treatment oven, able to residual stress and un-even of metal to improve performance of billet, improve efficiency and quality of aluminum profile.

 

Homogenize furnace oven including:

1, homogenize oven body

2, cooling room

3, three dimensional trolley

4, storage table

5, electrical control system

 

Homogenize furnace working principle:

heat billet , then fast cooling billet, make even temperature of billets

 

Homogenize oven working process:

1, put billet table on storage table, hoist billet on billet table, cone layer by one layer

2, operate three dimensional dis assembly trolley, put billet table on trolley

3, move three dimensional trolley in front of homogenizing oven, automatic do position

4, open furnace door, three dimensional torlley will let billet put inside of oven, trolley will back automatically

5, homogenizing oven temperature heat up around 2~3 hours, keeping temperature for 5~6 hours

6, open furnace door, three dimensional trolley will take out hot billet,move to cooling room, position automatically

7,open door of cooling room, trolley will put hot billet inside of cooling room, trolley retreat close cooling room door, open cooling fan and spraying water for fast cooling.
