Aluminum Collapsible Tube Production Line
Aluminum soft tubes line is also called aluminum collapsible tubes line. It is mainly used to produce various aluminum collapsible tubes, small aluminum barrel or cans. The line is applied to filling products like ointment, artistic pigment, cosmetics, sealant, toothpaste, shoe polish, AB glue, hair dye, tomato sauce, chocolate sauce, instant adhesive, pen or marker barrel, cigar, etc.
The aluminum tubes lines produced by our company are fully automatic. Each equipment of the series can work alone or form full or partial. The main machines include LJD01/02 Extrusion press, LWD01 Trimmer, THD01 Annealing oven, PTD01 Internal lacquering machine, GHD01 Lacquer curing oven, DYD01 Base-coating machine, YSD01 4-color, YSD02 5-color and YSD03 6-color printing machine, HXD01 Drying oven, NMD01 Capping machine and WTD01 Latexing machine, etc.

WTD01 Latexing machine
Aluminum tube latexing machine, also known as tail glue machine, is a special equipment designed for spraying a layer of sealant on the tail of aluminum tube. It is widely used in toothpaste, shoe polish, pigment, pharmaceutical and other daily chemical industries and one of the necessary equipment for manufacturing sealed aluminum tube in pharmaceutical industry. The machine can be used alone, and can also be used with other aluminum tube equipment to form an automatic aluminum tube production line. The machine is connected with the discharge groove of the cap twisting machine. The suction drum sucks the aluminum tube and runs to the glue spraying station. The gun head of the spray gun enters the tube. The spray gun receives the signal and sprays a circle of 5-8mm wide sealant at the end of the aluminum tube. After spraying, the spray gun exits. The suction drum rotates to the drop tube groove to loosen the aluminum tube. Tail glue spraying is completed.
