Introduce of Embossed Liquid Silicone Ink  

The embossed liquid silicone ink is addtion two-component semitransparent  with mix ratio 10:1. It is suitable for clothing label which is acchieved by both screen printing and molding process. You can see in the the vedio.

Operation introduction of Embossed Liquid Silicone Ink 

1.         Mix ratio:component A: component B=1000 parts :100 parts

2.         Take A out, fully mix a certain amount of pigment with component A, then mix a certain amount of component B. Fully mix again till all bubbles out.

3.         For general logos, suggested curing condition is 180℃/10-15s

4.         The curing condition can be adjusted according to the dimension of product
