MIG wire manufactuing plant machine supply

 

The production line is designed for MIG CO2 welding wire and Sub-arc welding wire production.

The production line is capable of producing 5000 tons of welding wire(including MIG wire and SAW wire) annually, the calculation is based on the wire with diameter of 0.8-1.2mm.

The working time be 20 hours per day, which means three shift per day, and about 300 annual working days per year.

 

Copper coating production line are composed by ZWF-800 self-damp pay-off machine, wire carrying pulleys, copper coating tank assembly, traction & polishing machine and ZWS-800 wire take-up spooler (for SAW wire ) or ZWS-630 type (for MIG wire), and also blowing system is set. The number of lines depends on customers demand and the dimension of workshop site.
