What is your minimum?
Our minimum order quantity for our best selling combed cotton crew sock is 100 pairs per size, per design.
Our minimum order for Ankle socks is 200 pairs per size, per design.
Our minimum order for baby socks is 300 pairs per size, per design.
Our minimum order for No Show socks is 500 pairs per size, per design.

What sizes do you offer?
Most of our clients order our one-size-fits-most, size Adult Medium. That size fits about 90% of our customers. We also offer adult sizes in Small and Large as well as Infant, Toddler and Youth.

Do you offer a hang tag for the socks?
Yes! We provide customizable packaging with various style options that will compliment your socks and offer another point of branding! Our custom packaging is a huge value add for our product.

Do you offer special box packaging?
Yes we do! We offer 1 pair, 2 pair, 3 pair and 4 pair boxes as well as customizable sizes based on your needs.

What kind of sock lengths do you offer?
If you dream it, we can make it! We offer any length of sock, but our most commonly ordered are no-show socks, ankle socks, mid-calf or crew length socks or knee high socks.

Do you offer spec samples?
Yes, for an additional cost. A spec sample typically adds about 2 weeks to production time. Our digital mockups are sufficient for most of our clients, so spec samples are generally not necessary. We are always happy to send some samples of our previous work to show you the quality of our product along with your virtual mockups.

What are your socks made of?
We offer a variety of yarns to match your project needs. Our most popular item, our cotton sock, contains 80% Combed Cotton, 10% Nylon and 10% Spandex

Is design assistance included in the price of the socks?
Yes! Our in-house textile designers are a resource for you throughout the design process. We are more than happy to assist you with your design for no additional charge.

How long does it take to get my sock designs?
We ideally aim to have your custom designs ready in 7-10 business days, depending on capacity.

Is there a limit to how many colors I can have on my design?
The short answer is yes, because it is a knitted product. However, our design team makes miracles happen on a daily basis. Send us over your assets and see what we can do – after all, it’s free!

Do you provide PMS Color Matching?
We can custom dye yarn to match your brand colors, however it does add expense and time to production. We have developed a palette of over 100 colors of yarn that we keep in stock in our knitting facility, which may be viewed in our Sock Design Guide, that work perfectly for 99% of our clients. Just ask for samples from your Account Manager, and we will make sure we get you a match!

My design has a different left and right sock, is this possible to do?
We can certainly accommodate orders that feature mismatched pairs. However, these orders have a minimum total quantity of 200 pairs. Since mismatched socks have 2 different designs, you have to meet our 100 pair minimum per design.

What is your typical lead time?
Our standard production timeline is 18-20 business days or fewer, plus your desired shipping option. Actual production estimate will be given when order has been approved. We can always make rush orders happen with no fees – just ask!
