New style D12 Muti-cell flotation Cell features:

1. Cell adjustable, six different volume of cells can meet different requirements.
2. Two different material cells, plexiglass and stainless steel, can meet different needs under different working conditions.

Main Components:

Working Principle:

Before operation, we should check if the main spindle turns clockwise normally. If not, then change phase sequence of the power source to let the motor turns clockwise before operation. Mix mineral samples with water and then pour them into the cell. Turn on the start button of the motor to make the main spindle for rotation. The impeller will rotate in the cell. Then open the valve for air inflation and add chemical agent to help form foams. Turn on the switch of the scraper motor for rotation of the scraper to scrape foams out of the cell. There is a box on the working table to collect foams. Minerals needed can be concentrated after processing of the foams. 

Maintenance:

1.We'd better add lubricating oil on every rotation connection part . The bearing should be changed the lubricating grease at least 3 months each time,but REQUEST THE MELTING POINT OF LUBRICATING GREASE ≥100℃.
2.After using, please clean the cell, impeller, and keep them dry, can make the machine last a long working life .
3.When you are change the impeller stator, firstly screw out the impeller, secondly loose the fastening screw between the stator and below part, then can install a new one.
4. The lab flotation cell works at temperature from 15℃ to50℃.
