5.Flame, Smoke and Toxicity
Many of our composites offer exceptional flame resistance. A wide selection of materials are available to meet UL subject 94 V-0 Standards for flame resistance. Others are classified as Class A building materials with flame spread ratings in the 15 to 25 range. Certain grades of frp composite materials generate very low smoke and smoke toxicity when exposed to fire.

Heat resistance grades of our engineered plastic composites can withstand the effects abrasion and impact better than most conventional materials such as hardwood and other thermoplastic panels.
