1.Can I get free samples?

Yes.We will send free samples to your address by DHL.

2.What can you do if i need to put logo or printing on my bottle?

We can do waterproof labels,silk screen printing and hot stamping.We just need your printing design so we can do the label size and printing directly.We can do samples if you need.

3. Can you produce colorful bottles and new bottles according our design?

Yes.We can produce colorful bottles according to  PANTONE color number.

We can make new molds for new bottles,new caps and new tips according to customers' needs.After mold is ok we can produce samples then send to customers.

4.What's the normal lead time?

The lead time in 2 days for stocks bottles.

If the new bottles need to be produced like colorful bottles and caps the lead time about 7 days.

For new design bottle the lead time need to be estimated accroding to the design and order quantity.

5.How can you ship the goods to us?

Normally we use DHL,Fedex,UPS,TNT,EMS...to send the goods to customer's address.

For larger orders we can ship by air to the airport or by sea accordind to customers' needs.

6.How do you guarantee the quality?

We do leak test before send out goods,if there has damaged bottle when customers received we can replace the goods for you 1 by 1.
