YGF rock splitting machine is mainly used for Subgrade earthwork and rockwork, mining operations, rock splitting, demolition of cement pile, shaft excavation,  tunneling construction and so on. 

Compared with the traditional operation methods in the above fields, It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, small size, light weight and large splitting force (single unit splitting force up to 800T), no vibration, no impact, no noise, fast splitting during operation.

Compared with similar foreign products, it has the price (about 1/4 of the price of similar foreign products), high efficiency (double speed), good performance, and is more suitable for the secondary disintegration of large ore.

A hydraulic splitting machine is mainly composed of one or several splitting guns, a hydraulic power station, a set of high pressure hydraulic connecting pipes and quick joints.

A drive pump station can carry 1-6 pcs gun, at most 6pcs gun, according to the actual needs of customers can increase the number of guns.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF MACHINE

OPERATION INSTRUCTION

1.A hole of specified diameter and depth is predrilled in rock or concrete with a perforating device.

2.Place the head of the split gun into the hole in the desired direction.

3.Push the control valve into forward gear, the middle wedge extends forward, and the rock body is cracked in a few seconds.

4.When the middle wedge extends to the top, pls adjusting the control valve moves into reverse gear, after the middle wedge is fully taken back, take out the splitter
