Product Introduction:

WSF type belongs to a light sand-water separating equipment, mainly used for further separation of sand and water discharged by vortex grit chamber and other equipment, for easy transportation. It is generally applicable to domestic sewage treatment project; commonly using shaft-less structure.

While LSF belongs to heavy (more sand, larger ratio) sand-water separating equipment, mainly used in steel plants, chemical plants and other industrial wastewater treatment system, for continuous separation of iron oxide in wastewater and sand, sediment produced in the process of washing; commonly using shaft structure.

Working Principle:

Firstly, the sand-water mixture enters into the sand water separation tank, to go through sand-water separation, then the sand will sink to the bottom while the water overflow outside the tank. The rotating spiral shaft transfers the sand along the 25° spiral groove to the top outlet, and the sand is further separated during this process, so as to ensure that the sand moisture content of the discharge port is not greater than 60%.
