A2: All samples will send directly to you door to door by Express like DHL,Fedex after get your sample fee, If you have express acoount of DHL,Fedex we can send sample to you directly ,if you don’t you can send express fee to our company account ,Any sample cost will be returned after you place order.

A3: 30% advance by Bank transfer, Balance against copy of B/L by Bank transferphotos.

Q4: How about your delivery time?
A4:Generally , it will take about 10-15 days after receiving your advanced deposit,the specific delivery time depends on the items and quantity of your order.

Q5: Whats your warranty ?
A5: All parts 6 months warranty , during this time we will send replace parts to customers free , but without wheels & bags,and need photo or video to prove it broken or damage By non-human force .
