5mm Stone Plastic Composite Spc Flooring Introduction:
SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) Flooring is an upgrade and improvement of regular luxury vinyl tile (LVT), can be considered as the new generation of floor covering. The main content of SPC are natural limestone powder, polyvinyl chloride and stabilizer which combined by a certain ratio to provide us a very stable composite material.
It is much more stable, fire resistant and 100% waterproof. It does not expand or contract.
5mm Stone Plastic Composite Spc Flooring Construction:
Wear layer: This transparent layer is at the top. It provides resistance to scratches and stains and is easy to keep clean.
Vinyl layer: This layer provides the decoration for the plank. Colors and patterns are printed onto the vinyl.
SPC layer: This is the dense, waterproof core for the plank made of natural limestone powder, polyvinyl chloride, and stabilizers. It provides rigidity and stability for the plank.
Base layer: This layer is generally made from cork or EVA (ethylene and vinyl acetate) foam, which provides sound insulation and cushioning.

2.We have advanced production line for MDF&HDF with capacity 500000 cubic meters per year. Whole process include peeling, cutting, boiling, drying, milling, lying, pressing, polishing and stocking.
3.Our annual production capacity for Laminate Flooring are more than 10 million square meters. After thermopressing, cutting, slotting, oil, waxing, packing, floorings are well stored in warehouse.
4.We use Germany ADNRIS MILL, Italy MARS SANDING technology and Germany HOMAG floor Slotted line, allocated with advanced testing equipment to ensure high quality products.
5. We can do everything well for you include box designing, raw materails prepared, product producing, delivery and documents all can be done by ourselves.
