Brief introduction:

 

We are a natural gas equipment supplier and could provide package solution for natural gas mother station, natural gas standard station. The machine that we supply range from Gas inlet pressure regulation,filtration and measuring skid, Pre-dehydration skid, buffer tank, natural gas compressor, exhaust gas recycling, sequence control cabinet, dispenser, refilling post and bundle tube trailer. All of them in good quality to keep the reliable runing of the filling station. Recent years, we have accumulated lots of experience in gas filling station constrution.

 

 

Technical process:

 

The natural gas is transmitted to the station via pipeline. After filtration, measuring, pressure regulation, then to the pre-dehydration equipment, to make the natural gas dew point meets the required standard(dew point: -55℃). The natural gas after dehydration will be transmitted into compressor and compressed to 220-250Bar (G). After compression, the gas will be transmitted in four routes (high pressure, middle pressure, low pressure and direct refilling) via sequence control cabinet. One way (direct refilling)to refilling post which can refill CNG semi-trailer directly, and another three ways (high, middle and low pressure) to CNG jumbo tube skid then refill to NGV in the sequence of low, middle and low pressure.

Service:

 

After approval of general technical proposal, the supplier shall submit full set of quality documents for buyer’s approval, which include: equipment technical drawing, technical data sheet, technical specifications, etc.

 

As per contract, the buyer has right to inspect the equipment in manufacturer’s workshop before the delivery according to specification parameters, and manufacturer gives standard two years quality warranty time and spare parts for all equipment, the warranty time count starts from installation time at buyer’s site.

 

All the equipment has full set of quality inspection and mill test certificate along with delivery of equipment, to certify and qualify the delivered equipment are inspected tested as per relative quality standard.

 

If buyer needs installation guidelines service, the supplier able to dispatch engineers to customer site, all the charges and cost are at buyer’s account.
