Our quality inspection is divided into three phases:
Prenatal quality check: In fact, our quality inspection begins from the moment the raw materials arrive at the factory. We say "No" to all inferior raw materials. If it does not pass our inspection, then it will not reach the production line
Mid-quality inspection: Before starting production, we will inspect all raw materials again. When the aluminum coil is running on the production line, the quality inspector detects the thickness, color difference, and surface. The product must be same with the customer's requirements
Quality inspection after production: When the production is finished, the quality inspectors test the paint adhesion, T-bend, hardness, tensile, impact, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, etc. We guarantee delivery of qualified products to our customers.

Packing: tray + carton + waterproof layer + stable bracket
