5 ton steam boiler biomass pellets/rice husk/straw/wood fuel/coal fired with horizontal water tube structure

     SZL2.1-1.0/95/70-AII is double-drums natural-circulation bituminous coal boiler. Water cooling wall tubes are set around the furnace chamber for absorbing radiative heat. The two sides of the furnace adopt membrane water cooling wall structure. The water cooling wall tube of the front wall and back wall spread downward the upper grate to form the front arch and back arch, which not only enhances the sealing of the boiler, but also increases the volume and heating surface of the furnace and enhances the intensity of the back arch. 

This bituminous coal boiler adopts light and large chain grate, layered combustion mode. The combustion equipments include chain grate, coal bucket and gear box. Coal loosening machine is added in the front of the grate in order to loosen the coal dropping from the coal bucket and help ignition and combustion.

 Thermal insulation of boiler proper adopts light membrane tubing furnace wall and backplate structure, which not only intensifies heat insulation performances, reduces gross boiler weight and save transportation cost.

The exhaust gas released from burning coal goes upward burned-up chamber and enters convection tubes, horizontally wash convection heating surface, passes air preheater in the rear heating surface, enters dust collector and discharges from the chimney.

The SZL2.1-1.0/95/70-AII bituminous coal boiler leaves the factory in two parts: the upper part includes the boiler proper and upper furnace wall and the lower part includes coal bucket, chain grate, lower furnace wall and steel frame. Except furnace water wall tubes, 4 header and furnace arch are installed at site, the remaining parts all leave the factory in shop assembled form. The rear matching cast iron economizer, ventilating duct and air preheater leave the factory together with the boiler.
