Product Description
Working principle of the Rotary drum trommel sieve
When the material been pulled into the feed hopper, it will flow into the acclivitous rolling sieve(Motor drive the sieve by reducer through shaft coupling, it makes the sieve rolling) . The separating process will be finished by rolling sieve, the sieve let the qualified material through the mesh hole full down to the conveyor belt. The unqualified material will discharged out of the sieve thought the discharge mouth. Due to the flip and the gravity, the unqualified material will not get stuck in the mesh hole.
Installation and testing guide of Rotary drum trommel sieve:
1.The sieving machine should be fixed on the concrete base with bolts.
2.Ensure the sieving machine is level.
3.Ensure all the bolts were fully tightened and all components are stable. If not, please tighten the bolt.
4.The voltage of the power supply should be matched with the parameter of the machine.
